Bit Digital reports $4.2M in AI revenue for September

Bit Digital Inc (NASDAQ:BTBT) has announced its operational and financial highlights for September 2024.

During the month, Bit Digital generated approximately $4.2 million in revenue from its AI infrastructure services, with 256 servers actively contributing to the company’s Bit Digital AI contract.

The company’s bitcoin (BTC) production saw a minor decline, producing 51.5 BTC, a 3.6% decrease compared to August 2024.

By the end of the month, the company's active hash rate stood at approximately 2.43 exahashes per second (EH/s).

As of September 30, 2024, Bit Digital reported substantial treasury holdings, including 731.3 BTC and 27,388.9 ether (ETH), valued at around $46.3 million and $71.3 million, respectively.

In total, the fair market value of its digital asset holdings was approximately $118 million, equivalent to 1,863 BTC. The company also reported robust liquidity, with $104 million in cash and cash equivalents and total liquidity, including stablecoins and digital assets, reaching $222 million.

Bit Digital continues to strengthen its presence in the proof-of-stake sector, with approximately 21,568 ETH actively staked in native staking protocols.

The company earned a blended annual percentage yield of 3.3% on its staked ETH, generating about 57.9 ETH in rewards for the month of September.

Headquartered in New York, Bit Digital operates sustainable bitcoin mining operations across the United States, Canada, and Iceland.
