Electric Guitar sees significant milestone for its marketing AI venture

Electric Guitar PLC (AIM:ELEG) reported to investors a significant new milestone for its 3radical business, which has now integrated its Global Data Store (GDS) with Marcomms.ai.

Marcomms is a joint venture between Electric Guitar and Exelia Technologies, and the integration is described as a major advancement in the company’s AI-driven marketing strategy.

Electric Guitar said the move enhances Marcomms.ai's Engagement Intelligence (EI) platform, enabling improved aggregation, processing, and analysis of first-party data.

It will provide deep insights into user engagement, customer journeys, and campaign effectiveness, helping clients optimize their marketing strategies in real-time, the company highlighted.

Importantly, it is expected to open new revenue streams for the business.

“The integration of the Global Data Store with Marcomms.ai is a significant milestone in our journey to innovate and develop AI-powered products, all whilst maintaining our commitment to creating solutions that prioritise control, transparency and privacy in data usage,” chief executive John Regan said in a statement.

"This foundational step is central to our mission of equipping businesses with the tools necessary to foster meaningful, people-first relationships with their audiences through data-driven insights and personalised marketing strategies."
