Asiamet Resources Ltd (AIM:ARS, OTC:KMGLF) told investors that non-executive director Peter Chambers, who represented its largest shareholder PT Delta Dunia Makmur Tbk (DOID), has resigned effective immediately for personal reasons.
Mathew Doube, another representative of DOID, meanwhile remains a non-executive director of the company.
"We extend our thanks to Peter for his service on the board and look forward to the ongoing support of DOID and all shareholders and stakeholders, as we advance the BKM Copper project towards development,” said Asiamet chair Tony Manini.
