Ondo InsurTech PLC (LSE:ONDO) announced that Fiduchi Trustees Limited purchased 31,700 ordinary shares at 5p each for participants of Ondo’s Share Incentive Plan (SIP), including directors Craig Foster and Kevin Withington. The SIP allows employees to acquire shares at market price through salary contributions, with matching shares awarded for each partnership share purchased.
