Doubleview Gold Corp (TSX-V:DBG, OTCQB:DBLVF) announced it has received an extension to complete its previously announced non-brokered private placement, targeting gross proceeds of up to $4 million.
The private placement, initially disclosed on September 10 and 11, 2024, involves the offering of flow-through (FT) and non-flow-through (NFT) units.
Each FT unit, priced at $0.55, consists of one common share and half of a common share purchase warrant. A full warrant allows holders to purchase a common share at $0.65 within 24 months of closing, subject to early termination if shares trade at or above $0.70 for five consecutive days.
NFT units consist of one common share and a full warrant, priced at $0.48 for six months post-closing, and $0.55 for the next 18 months, with an acceleration clause.
The first tranche of the private placement raised $1.42 million through the sale of 821,182 FT units and 1,092,947 NFT units.
Proceeds will fund exploration, particularly at the Hat Project in northwestern British Columbia, and for general corporate purposes.
