Spanish Mountain Gold Ltd (TSX-V:SPA, OTC:SPAZF) announced the appointment of mining industry veteran Suzette Ramcharan as vice president of investor relations and corporate development.
Ramcharan has over two decades of experience in the mining industry, with a focus on capital markets, investor relations, and business development at several high-profile gold companies, including Nighthawk Gold, Kirkland Lake Gold, and St Andrew Goldfields.
Her background also includes M&A transactional experience and leadership roles across multiple sectors, including launching her own consulting firm and co-founding a tech start-up.
"Her vast experience in capital markets and deep expertise in the mining and metals sector make her a valuable asset to our team,” said Peter Mah, CEO of Spanish Mountain Gold.
