Sintana Energy Inc (TSX-V:SEI, OTCQB:SEUSF), a petroleum and natural gas exploration and development company, has officially upgraded its trading status to the OTCQX Best Market, effective today.
The transition from the OTCQB Venture Market to OTCQX is a significant milestone for the company, aimed at enhancing visibility and access for US investors.
The OTCQX is a platform designed for established, investor-focused companies.
Robert Bose, CEO of Sintana, told investors that the company is “delighted” to start trading on OTCQX.
“Given the significant recent progress of our business, providing increased access, visibility, and transparency to a growing list of shareholders is timely,” Bose said in a statement.
“This upgrade will allow us to meet those needs and opportunities, providing a better option for US-based investors to trade and invest in Sintana Energy.”
Sintana Energy has a diversified asset portfolio that includes four offshore licenses in the Wallis, Luderitz, and Orange Basins, an onshore license in Namibia, and the unconventional VMM-37 resource in Colombia's Magdalena Basin.
