Replenish Nutrients Holding Corp (CSE:ERTH, OTC:VVIVF) said that director Chris Best has stepped down from its board to pursue new opportunities in the power sector.
In a statement, the company said Best’s role had been well-suited to Replenish Nutrients during its previous business model as EarthRenew, where his power industry knowledge aligned with the company’s activities at the time. However, with the company's shift to focus on its core fertilizer business, both the Board and Best agreed that it was an appropriate time for his transition.
The company expressed its gratitude for Best’s contributions over the years and announced plans to bring in new expertise to further advance its regenerative fertilizer business.
A successor is expected to be named shortly as the company continues to expand in North American and international markets.
