Pan African Resources PLC (AIM:PAF, OTCQX:PAFRY, JSE:PAN, OTCQX:PAFRF) has appointed Marileen Kok as financial director, effective from 1 October.
Upon joining the board, Kok will also become a member of the social and ethics committee.
As a chartered accountant, Kok brings extensive experience from the mining industry, with a focus on financial reporting, corporate finance, and regulatory compliance.
She has been part of the company since January 2020, initially serving as group financial manager.
Kok holds 25,000 ordinary shares in Pan African Resources.
