Coinsilium Group Limited (AQSE:COIN, OTCQB:CINGF) has detailed numerous operational highlights for the six months ended 30 June.
The company, which focuses on Web3 investment, entered a new strategic agreement with LC Lite to provide advisory services for the upcoming token launch of its decentralised trade finance platform, Nexade Finance.
In addition, Coinsilium raised £472,500 through the placing of 18.9 million new ordinary shares, intended for strategic investment activities and working capital.
Coinsilium penned a net fair value gain on financial assets of more than £336,000, to £2.5 million from £2.16 million at the end of 2023.
The company’s cash and cash equivalents stood at £429,581 as of 30 June, down from £608,355 at the same point in 2023.
Post-period highlights include a strategic Web3 collaboration with Liteflow, aimed at providing financial backing, advisory services, and technological resources to support companies navigating the complexities of the Web3 space.
Additionally, Coinsilium has signed a SAFT (Simple Agreement for Future Tokens) to acquire tokens from Otomato, a Web3 automation protocol designed to simplify interactions with DeFi platforms.
