EMV Capital (AIM:EMVC) has completed its name change from NetScientific Plc, with the company’s shares now trading under the new name and ticker symbol "EMVC".
It follows the acquisition of EMV Capital (AIM:EMVC) in 2020, and the company said it reflects a completion of a strategic evolution into a broader venture capital and corporate finance group.
EMV Capital (AIM:EMVC) plc now manages a portfolio of more than 70 companies, with assets under management surpassing £100 million.
“We have consolidated our operations, significantly grown our portfolio, and expanded our strategic focus,” chief executive Dr Ilian Iliev said in a statement.
“This new identity for our group reflects our business today-an agile, multi-sector venture capital firm committed to delivering superior returns from innovative, high-growth companies.”
