Technology Minerals PLC (LSE:TM1) said its chief technical officer Wilson Robb has resigned and stepped down from the board with immediate effect.
Chief operating officer Lester Kemp will fulfil all the roles and responsibilities Robb previously held.
Chairman Robin Brundle said: "On behalf of the board, I would like to extend my thanks to Wilson for his contributions to the company and wish him all the best in his future endeavours."
