Incanthera PLC (AQSE:INC) said the launch of its Skin + CELL luxury skincare range is being expanded from the originally expected timeline more quickly than expected with the Marionnaud chain of stores in continental Europe.
It said this reinforces its confidence in full-year financial targets.
The initial plan had been to launch in around 60 stores in Switzerland and Austria in September, with a larger roll-out around Europe at a later date.
A broader product launch across the European retail network is now planned sooner than expected, Incanthera said, following meetings with Marionnaud and its parent company AS Watson Group, with the exact details to be confirmed next month.
Marionnaud's European network totals 1,200 stores in 11 countries.
Incanthera said the initial Skin + CELL launch production order, together with previously advised additional production orders, totalling 350,000 units, will now be used for the wider European rollout for anticipated orders before its March 2025 financial year-end.
"This re-affirms management's projected revenues for the financial year to exceed £10 million and for Incanthera to achieve profitability," the company said.
It added that the discussions with Marionnaud and AS Watson also involve new product initiatives beyond this initial rollout.
Chairman Tim McCarthy said: "Our ongoing discussions as an exclusive supplier of luxury functional skincare within their retail network, and the potential for new product initiatives, shows the enormous opportunity in the Skin + CELL brand across the AS Watson Group."
