Iliev explained the rationale behind the company’s decision to transition from NetScientific to EMV Capital (AIM:EMVC), reflecting the integration of its portfolio and teams since the merger in 2020. He highlighted EMV Capital (AIM:EMVC)’s focus on deep tech and life sciences, particularly targeting companies with global ambitions.
