Shares in Dialight PLC (LSE:DIA) fell 13% after a US court case left it with what looks to be a hefty bill.
Involved was former manufacturing partner, Sanmina Corporation, which was awarded $5.3 million for an accounts receivable claim and $3.4 million for an excess and obsolete materials claim.
Dialight, an LED lighting group, saw claims of fraudulent inducement and willful misconduct rejected by a New York jury that found that both companies breached their Manufacturing Services Agreement (MSA). Dialight was awarded $0.9 million for Sanmina's breach.
In early trading, the stock was down 23.54p at 155.46p.
