Auxico Resources Canada Inc (CSE:AUAG, OTCQB:AUXIF) announced that Melissa Sanderson and Byron King have resigned from its board of directors, effective immediately.
The company thanked Sanderson and King for their contributions.
It said it is evaluating alternative candidates to appoint as independent directors to fill these vacancies.
