Hertz Energy (CSE:HZ, OTCQB:HZLIF) at the request of the Canadian Securities Exchange has clarified its announcement that it has engaged Outside The Box Capital (OTBC) for marketing and investor relations services.
In connection with the one-month agreement, starting September 4, 2024, Hertz Energy (CSE:HZ, OTCQB:HZLIF) will issue 500,000 options to purchase stock at a price of $0.085 for two years and will pay $25,000.
OTBC will assist Hertz Energy with social media and online marketing.
