Los Andes Copper Ltd (TSX-V:LA) announced that it has come to its attention that its second-largest shareholder Resource Capital Fund (RCF) has sold shares from its holdings over 19 trading days between July 23, 2024, and September 9, 2024, following inquiries from a number of shareholders.
The company said that it understands that prior to these share sales, RCF held a direct interest in Los Andes Copper of 13.6% and an indirect beneficial ownership through its equity interest Turnbrook Mining Limited of 9%.
