HIVE Digital Technologies (TSX-V:HIVE, NASDAQ:HIVE) said it has raised C$6.09 million ($4.46 million) through its At-The-Market (ATM) equity offering conducted between July 1 and July 19, 2024.
The blockchain infrastructure company issued 1.37 million shares at an average price of C$4.45 per share under the August 2023 ATM Equity Program.
The net proceeds from the ATM sales will be used to purchase data center equipment, make strategic investments, and build Bitcoin assets on HIVE’s balance sheet.
Additionally, funds will support general working capital.
In a related announcement, HIVE issued a correction to its previously reported Bitcoin HODL balance for August 2024. The company clarified that it held 2,567 Bitcoins as of August 31, 2024, rather than the 2,533 initially reported. The value of the Bitcoin holdings was adjusted to over $151 million, down from $164 million, due to volatility in Bitcoin prices.
The company emphasized that no other details from its September 5, 2024, news releases were affected by the correction.
