MustGrow Biologics Corp. (TSX-V:MGRO, OTCQB:MGROF) announced that it has received registration approval for its mustard plant-based organic biofertility product TerraSante from the Florida Department of Agriculture of Consumer Services.
The company said the Florida organic certification is included under its existing Organic OMRI Listed certifications in Arizona, Idaho, Oregon and Washington State.
The Florida registration and organic certification are a “key pillar” in MustGrow’s commercialization strategy for BioAg products, the company highlighted.
In addition to Florida and other recently awarded registrations in Arizona, Idaho, California, Oregon and Washington State, it expects to continue its efforts towards further state-level registrations in other US states.
MustGrow's biofertility development programs focus on enhancing soil and soil microbiome health, improving nutrient and water use efficiencies, and boosting plant yields.
TerraSante, MustGrow's organic biofertilizer, is a soluble mixable product containing plant proteins and carbohydrates to support soil microbes, enhance nutrient availability, and promote long-term soil health. This can improve crop nutrient uptake, plant vigor, and yields without artificial additives or preservatives.
