OKYO Pharma Ltd (NASDAQ:OKYO), a biopharmaceutical company focused on ocular therapies for inflammatory dry eye disease and neuropathic corneal pain, announced that Panetta Partners Limited, an entity linked to Executive Chairman Gabriele Cerrone, purchased 50,000 ordinary shares at $1.03 each on NASDAQ.
This brings Cerrone's total shareholding to 9,851,570 shares, representing 29.12% of the company's issued share capital.
