Northstar Gold Corp. (CSE:NSG) has announced changes to its board of directors.
Chuck Main has retired and the company has appointed seasoned engineer Tanya Yang to maintain its structure of four independent directors and one non-independent director.
"Ms. Yang's extensive mining project development expertise significantly enhances Northstar's ability to advance and develop our Kirkland Lake high-grade copper and gold projects,” Northstar co-chairman John Pollock said in a statement.
