BiVictriX Therapeutics PLC (AIM:BVX, OTC:BVTXF) confirmed today, 10 September 2024, is its last day of dealings in its ordinary shares on London’s AIM.
The cancellation of the company’s shares from the stock exchange will take effect at 7:00 a.m. on 11 September 2024 – after that, BiVictriX will re-register as a private company, adopting the name BiVictriX Therapeutics Limited.
Trading in its shares will be possible through JP Jenkins’ matched bargain facility.
