Electric Guitar PLC (AIM:ELEG) subsidiary, 3radical Limited, has signed an agreement with Jewson, one of the UK's prominent suppliers of sustainable building materials.
The collaboration will see the launch of a sustainability-focused microsite that integrates 3radical’s Voco platform, aiming to enhance customer engagement both online and offline.
The microsite is designed to bridge Jewson’s physical stores with its digital presence, targeting traditionally offline customers by providing in-store promotions that encourage them to interact with sustainable practices online.
"We are thrilled to have secured this contract with Jewson, a leading name in sustainable building materials and a regular client of 3radical,” chief executive John Regan said in a statement.
“It not only demonstrates the value of 3radical's digital engagement solutions but also highlights the growing importance of linking physical and digital customer experiences.
“We believe this collaboration will drive significant growth for both Jewson and 3radical, and we look forward to a successful launch of the sustainability-focused microsite."
Matthew Handley, an innovation manager at Jewson, meanwhile, added: “Our partnership with 3radical is a crucial step towards enhancing how we engage with our customers, both in-store and online.
"The sustainability-focused microsite not only allows us to connect with our audience more effectively but also enables us to drive the adoption of sustainable products and practices across the industry.
“We believe that this initiative will significantly contribute to our mission of building a better and more sustainable future for all."
The initiative is expected to drive growth for 3radical, highlighting the value of connecting online and offline customer interactions, which is becoming increasingly important for businesses aiming to enhance their return on investment.
The microsite will also provide valuable data insights, helping Jewson better understand customer behaviour and improve targeted marketing efforts.
