Anglesey Mining PLC (AIM:AYM) has announced that Namrata Verma has resigned as a non-executive director with immediate effect to pursue other interests.
Andrew King, Anglesey’s interim chairman, commented: “I would like to thank Namrata for her contribution to the company and we wish her well for the future.
“The board intends to initiate a process to recruit a new non-executive director and we will update the market as appropriate in due course.“
