OTC Markets Group Inc. (OTCQX:OTCM) announced today that its subsidiary EDGAR Online (NASDAQ:EDGR)’s (EOL) SEC and OTC financials data set is now accessible via Nasdaq Data Link, Nasdaq’s cloud-based data distribution platform.
The integration allows firms to access EOL Financial Data alongside the existing real-time and reference data options offered by Nasdaq Data Link.
This addition is expected to streamline the data integration process for firms, providing them with standardized, comprehensive financial information.
EDGAR Online (NASDAQ:EDGR), a wholly owned subsidiary of OTC Markets Group, is a leader in SEC and OTC filings and financials data, offering historical data dating back to 1999 for SEC issuers and 2012 for OTC issuers.
OTC Markets Group, as the primary market operator, continues to provide in-depth, real-time data across all securities that trade on its OTCQX, OTCQB, and Pink Markets.
Nasdaq Data Link, which serves over 900,000 users, offers access to more than 250 trusted data sets through its API, empowering the investing community with actionable data to manage risk and gain transparency in both public and private markets.

The collaboration is poised to enhance the reach and usability of EDGAR Online's financial data, offering market participants an expanded suite of tools to inform their decision-making processes.
