i3 Energy PLC (AIM:I3E, TSX:ITE, OTC:ITEEF) and Gran Tierra have sent out details for their court-sanctioned scheme of arrangement.
A court meeting to sanction the takeover will be held on 7 October, followed by a shareholders' general meeting to approve the deal.
i3 directors are recommending shareholders approve the offer.
