Hydrogen Utopia International PLC (LSE:HUI, OTCQB:HUIPF) said executive director Howard White bought £24,400 of shares in the company and now has a stake of 4.2%.
White, the founder of AFC Energy and Waste2tricity who was appointed to the board in 2022 after buying a £1 million stake as part of the company's AQSE IPO, this week bought 500,000 shares in the company at an average price of £0.0488 apiece.
