CleanTech Lithium PLC (AIM:CTL, OTCQX:CTLHF) has issued a replacement prospectus to clarify the scalability and usage of direct lithium extraction and the company's reliance on renewable energy.
The replacement prospectus, which also contains additional information on Chile's high renewable energy mix, is on materially similar terms as the initial prospectus, the company said, with no changes to the terms.
It also does not anticipate that lodging a replacement prospectus will impact the timing of its ASX admission, which is expected to occur on or around 24 September.
