Novo Resources Corp (TSX:NVO, OTCQX:NSRPF, ASX:NVO) has reported strong gold results from its re-logging and sampling program at the Belltopper Gold Project in Victoria and here to report Just the Facts is Proactive’s Tylah Tully.
Novo re-logged and sampled eleven previously under-sampled historical drill holes, identifying multiple significant gold intervals across known and emerging targets. Core from MD-7 returned 2.1 metres at 3.82 grams per ton gold from 78.9 metres, including 0.6 metres at 9.74 grams per ton. The Never Despair Reef had grades up to 5.18 grams per ton gold and at Butchers Gully Fault, up to 12 per ton.
These results have boosted Novo’s confidence in the project and the prospective gold intervals identified during the re-logging. They confirm higher-grade mineralisation and refined the position of key structural features. On the back of these results, Novo plans to deliver an exploration target for Belltopper and develop the project further.
The company says Belltopper is an exciting high-grade gold project and the works have uncovered multiple significant intercepts highlighting the exciting opportunity it presents for further exploration and development.
