Genel Energy PLC (LSE:GENL, OTC:GEGYY) has confirmed the result of its bond buyback offer, in which it will redeem $107 million of nominal value bonds, priced at 102 percent of nominal value.
Settlement is expected on Friday 23 August, it noted.
