Cordiant Digital Infrastructure Management (CDIM) has purchased 346,980 shares in Cordiant Digital Infrastructure Ltd (LSE:CORD) under an investment management agreement dated 29 January, 2021.
The shares were acquired at an average price of 76.6p each and are subject to a 12-month lock-up period under the terms of the Investment Management Agreement.
