Alpha Financial Markets' scheme of arrangement with Bridgepoint officially effective

Alpha Financial Markets Consulting PLC (AIM:AFM) has announced that, following delivery of a copy of the court order to the Registrar of Companies today, the scheme of arrangement with Bridgepoint Advisors has now become effective. Luc Baqué, chief executive of Alpha FMC, said: "We are delighted to announce the completion of Alpha's acquisition by Bridgepoint.
