Alpha Financial Markets Consulting PLC (AIM:AFM) has announced that the High Court in England and Wales has sanctioned the scheme of arrangement for its acquisition by Actium Bidco (UK), an indirect subsidiary of funds managed by Bridgepoint Advisers.
The acquisition will be implemented through a Court-sanctioned scheme under Part 26 of the Companies Act 2006 and expected on 19 August 2024.
Cancellation of Alpha FMC shares from trading on AIM is anticipated to be effective from 20 August 2024.
Further announcements will be made once the Scheme becomes effective, said Alpha FMC in a regulatory statement.
