RC365 Holding PLC (LSE:RCGH) has appointed Iain Muir as an independent non-executive director with immediate effect.
Muir is an FCA Qualified Chartered Accountant with over a decade of leadership experience in business and finance.
He is currently Managing Director of MBB Advisory Limited, a provider of professional services to small & medium-sized businesses, which he founded in 2022.
