Adriatic Metals PLC (LSE:ADT1, ASX:ADT, OTCQX:ADMLF) said a fatal accident occurred on August 14 at the Rupice Mine involving a subcontractor's vehicle.
The vehicle overturned near the rescue station at Rupice and the driver, an employee of a local Bosnian subcontractor, sustained fatal injuries.
No other individuals were seriously injured in the accident.
The incident did not occur in the area of mining operations; however, the company said has elected to secure the area for 24 hours.
