One World Lithium Inc. (CSE:OWLI, OTCQB:OWRDF) told investors that it has completed the first tranche of its previously announced private placement, issuing 9,231,835 units for gross proceeds of $276,955.
The offering has been extended, with the company offering up to 16,666,666 units for $0.03 per unit for gross proceeds of $500,000.
Each unit will consist of a share and non-transferable share purchase warrant entitling the holder to purchase a share at $0.06 for 36 months from closing.
