Blackbird PLC (AIM:BIRD, OTC:BBRDF), the cloud video platform developer, has brought in experienced sector specialist Youri Hazanov as a non-executive director.
Hazanov brings a wealth of expertise in developing and scaling international businesses, with a proven track record of revenue growth, Blackbird said.
He is currently the General Manager and Chief Partnerships Officer at JellySmack, a SoftBank-backed unicorn that uses AI to edit, optimise, and distribute content.
The JellySmack Creator Program is known for supporting some of the world's most talented creators, such as PewDiePie and Mr Beast, Blackbird added.
Hazanov also spent 10 years at Google, where he launched, developed, and managed YouTube across markets in EMEA, CEE, Russia, Israel, and the Middle East.
