Cerro de Pasco Resources (CSE:CDPR, OTC:GPPRF) has filed its financial statements for the year ended March 31, 2024, leading to the expected revocation of a management cease trade order by securities regulators.
Additionally, CDPR secured a 12-month extension on a convertible debenture with RiverFort Global Opportunities, extending 10.5 million share purchase warrants by two years, enabling further development of its El Metalurgista mining concession.
"The extended warrants remain at a premium to the current market price and provide the opportunity for additional capital injection during their term as the project is materially progressed," the company said in a statement.
The El Metalurgista mining concession includes mineral tailings and stockpiles from the Cerro de Pasco open pit mine in Central Peru.
