Alpha Financial Markets Consulting PLC (AIM:AFM) shareholders have approved the proposed cash acquisition by Actium Bidco (UK) Limited.
The acquisition will be carried out via a court-sanctioned scheme of arrangement under Part 26 of the Companies Act 2006.
During the court meeting and general meeting held on 12 August, the necessary resolutions related to the acquisition were passed by the requisite majorities.
These include the approval of the Scheme and the Rollover Arrangements.
