Auxico Resources Canada Inc (CSE:AUAG, OTCQB:AUXIF) announced that it intends to extend the expiry date of an aggregate of 1,650,000 outstanding warrants issued as the result of the conversion of convertible debentures issued by the company on October 23, 2020.
The warrants have an original expiry date of August 9, 2024. The company proposes to extend the expiry date by an additional 12 months, to August 9, 2025.
All other terms and conditions of the warrants will remain unchanged.
