Golden Arrow Resources Corp (TSX-V:GRG, OTCQB:GARWF) has announced the appointment of Pompeyo Gallardo as vice president of the company.

Gallardo has 29 years of experience in corporate finance, Golden Arrow highlighted.
He is experienced in project structuring and project financing, with emphasis on joint venture transactions, metal streams, royalties, off-takes, metal pre-paids, and other forms of unconventional debt.
He has also provided CFO and corporate development consulting services to companies in Canada’s junior mining sector, with a focus on firms with exposure to projects in Latin America.
