Trident Royalties PLC (AIM:TRR, OTCQX:TDTRF) signed off its time as a listed company with a 13% increase in royalty income to US$2.65 million in the three months to end June 2024.
Shareholders approved a takeover from Australia group Deterra worth 49p per share in cash on 26 July.
Adam Davidson, Trident's chief executive, said: "It's with mixed emotions that I note the approval by shareholders of the sale of Trident Royalties.
“While I had full confidence in Trident's ability to continue to grow and add value to the portfolio, I'm pleased to have delivered a great outcome for investors, with a 145% shareholder return since our IPO in 2020.
“I would also like to thank shareholders for their consistent and steadfast support.”
Net debt on 7 September was US$22.8 million.
