Golden Arrow Resources Corp (TSX-V:GRG, OTCQB:GARWF) has revealed further growth potential at its San Pietro iron-copper-gold-cobalt project in Chile.
Today, it reported its latest batch of significant drilling results from the project, including notable intercepts from two step-out drill holes at the central Rincones target.
Highlights include 109.10 metres at 0.44% copper, 0.06 grams per tonne gold, 130 grams per tonne of cobalt, and 15.0% iron in drill hole SP-DDH-18.
Among the results was one interval, starting at 253.9 metres deep, with a higher-grade section of 12 metres at 1.16% copper, 0.09 grams per tonne gold, 202 grams per tonne cobalt, and 21.6% iron.
"Once again, our step-outs at Rincones are showing us that this target has plenty of growth potential,” said Brian McEwen, vice president of exploration and development.
“Both holes 18 and 19 hit really exciting intervals and this area is still open for expansion to the east and north, which is very promising as we move closer to our first resource estimate for the project."
The results are part of an ongoing 10,000-metre diamond drilling campaign at the San Pietro project, which aims to complete a nominal grid over the advanced Rincones target and verify the requisite spacing for the project's first mineral resource estimate.
