Tirupati Graphite PLC (LSE:TGR, OTCQX:TGRHF) has temporarily suspended its shares due to a delay in the preparation of its annual report for the year ending 31 March 2024.
Additional work has been required to complete subsidiary audits by the group auditor with additional time beyond the originally planned timetable requested to complete their audit.
