Guild Esports PLC (LSE:GILD, OTCQB:GULDF) told investors it is actively exploring a range of options to meet its short-term liabilities.
It comes after the company concluded a strategic review.
The company, in a statement, said its options include securing additional funding, negotiating new debt terms, fresh cost-cutting to conserve cash reserves, or asset sales.
It added that it is also exploring whether the company would benefit from becoming part of a larger group.
At the end of July, the firm had a cash position stands at £25,000 and it said it has liabilities until the end of 2024 amount to £1.36 million – whilst its accounts receivable totalled £1.52 million.
