Flutter Entertainment PLC (LSE:FLTR) is on course to post strong first-half numbers believe the analysts at US bank Citi.
The Betfair, Paddy Power and FanDuel owner should reveal strength across the portfolio, adds Citi, helped by favourable results outside of the US, especially the UK.
Revenue growth at 15% is being predicted, against 16% in the first half, with US revenue growth at 33% driven by a joint record Net Win Margin.
In the UK and Ireland meanwhile, football results were good for bookmakers towards the end of the season.
Its interim forecasts are 3% ahead of the market, said Citi, with the US 4% ahead and underlying profits even higher at 7% better than consensus.
“Revenue from strong Win Margins across large parts of its business (esp. US and UK&I) will drop through meaningfully to FLTR’s bottom line," said Citi.
'Buy' with a target price of £200 is the view.
Interims are due on 13 August.
