Graft Polymer (UK) PLC (LSE:GPL) has appointed Professor David Nutt, a leading expert in neuroscience and public health, as its senior scientific adviser, effective immediately.
It follows the recent collaboration agreement with Awakn Life Sciences, Graft Polymer added.
Nutt is a professor at Imperial College London and chief research officer at Awakn.
Best known for his leadership role in the development of UK drug policy research, he has led numerous influential studies on the effects of drugs on the brain and public health.
Nutt has been granted 10,000,000 nominal cost options following his appointment.
