Polarean Imaging PLC (AIM:POLX, OTC:PLLWF) has repriced share options granted to certain directors, employees and consultants.
"The company's remuneration committee recognises the importance of share options to appropriately incentivise and retain Directors and employees as well as to ensure their interests are aligned with that of the company and its shareholders," Polarean said in the announcement.
