Auxico Resources Canada Inc (CSE:AUAG, OTCQB:AUXIF) announced the resignation of Kenneth “Buzz” West from its board of directors.
West will be accepting a new position as chair of a fund based in the United Kingdom, where he lives.
"It has been a pleasure having Buzz as a director of Auxico over the past several years,” Auxico board chairman Mark Billings said.
“He has been very active in helping set the strategy of the company, as well as serving on the Audit Committee. His comments and suggestions to the management of the company have been insightful and constructive.”
